Current Notes

Introduced by Fryer in 2003, 'Daybreaker' is an award-winning Floribunda known for its luminous, shifting colors that mimic a sunrise. The medium-sized, spiraled blooms feature a blend of warm yellow and apricot at the center, deepening to a vibrant shrimp-pink along the petal edges. It is a exceptionally bushy and upright shrub, reaching about four feet in height, with dark green, leathery foliage that provides a high-contrast backdrop for the flowers. Prized for its quick repeat-bloom cycle and a pleasant, fruity fragrance, it also boasts strong resistance to black spot and mildew, making it a reliable performer in a variety of climates.
