Rose Library access and data use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
My Rose Tracker provides its Rose Library for personal reference and use through the features expressly offered by our website and official applications.
Except through those features or with our prior written permission, the following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or otherwise extracting Rose Library content or records through automated tools or systematic manual collection.
- Copying, downloading, exporting, mirroring, or storing Rose Library records outside My Rose Tracker.
- Using Rose Library records to build or populate an external database, registry, application, service, or research dataset.
- Republishing, redistributing, selling, licensing, or sharing Rose Library content or datasets.
- Bypassing access controls, download restrictions, or other measures intended to limit collection or reuse.
These restrictions apply to individual records, subsets, and the complete catalog. Private research, access controls, attribution, and links back to My Rose Tracker do not grant permission.
Ordinary browsing, searching, linking to Rose profiles, and personal garden management remain permitted. Members may use their own original notes and photographs and the printing, public-sharing, and offline features we expressly provide, including bundled offline access and authorized updates through our official applications. Inventory exports require an individual request and our written approval. These features do not authorize systematic collection or reconstruction of the Rose Library.
We authorize ordinary indexing of public pages by verified search engines that respect our access controls and published crawling rules. This does not authorize external catalog datasets, data feeds, or bulk reuse.
My Rose Tracker and the respective rights holders retain the intellectual-property rights they hold in original content, software, and any copyrightable compilation. Third-party content and member contributions remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. This policy does not claim ownership of underlying horticultural facts or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Platform changes and moderation
Features, member tools, seller integrations, and community workflows will evolve. My Rose Tracker may change features, update these terms, and moderate or remove content when needed to protect data quality, community standards, member safety, and site operations.
Use the report control beside a public photo for an immediate moderation review, or use the Contact page for a broader safety or account concern.
