Hey there—and welcome to the My Rose Tracker community! 🌹
I’ve been growing roses for more than 30 years, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. But I’ll be honest—I don’t think I’ll ever call myself an expert. I’m still learning something new every day in my garden. At this point, the one thing I might truly be an expert at is finding ways to justify buying one more rose. 😄
My Rose Tracker actually started because I couldn’t keep up with my own garden. About a year ago, I called my brother, Steve, complaining about managing more than 1,600 roses in a giant Excel spreadsheet. His response was, “Are you really tracking your roses in Excel? I can make this so much easier for you.”
And he did.
What started as a brother-and-sister conversation quickly became something much bigger. Steve’s technology expertise combined with my experience and passion for roses became the foundation for My Rose Tracker—a tool designed to help rose lovers grow, organize, understand, and ultimately create the garden of their dreams.
If you follow me on YouTube, you know I love sharing everything about roses—from where to buy them and unboxings to growing tips, care, garden tours, and beautiful varieties. I created My Rose Tracker to make it easier to discover roses, find sellers, and keep track of the ones you grow.
But I also wanted this to be a place where we can learn from one another. That’s why My Rose Tracker includes contributions and perspectives from other passionate rosarians and rose educators.
Whether you have five roses or 1,600, I hope My Rose Tracker helps make your garden a little easier to manage—and a lot more fun.
