How often is the site updated to reflect current inventory?

Most seller inventory is updated within about an hour, though some changes can take up to 24 hours to finish working their way through the site.

How is my information used?

We use your information to run your account, save your garden and inventory, process memberships and payments, send service emails, and improve the site. We may also look at overall trends using aggregated or de-identified data so we can understand what is useful, make better product decisions, and help cover operating costs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your private garden or inventory data with sellers without your permission.

Can I get a refund?

Because this is a digital membership service, payments are final once they are processed. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits.

What happens to my data if I cancel my membership?

We may keep anonymized or de-identified trend data so we can understand overall usage and improve the site over time. Community comments and participation tied to your membership may be removed, and your access to paid member tools will end when your membership ends.

Will you add Japanese roses to the inventory?

Yes. The goal is to add every rose we reasonably can, while making sure the sellers we surface appear to be properly licensed. If you know of a licensed source we should review, send it our way.

What about Etsy sellers?

We want the sellers we recommend to feel legitimate and accountable. That usually means a standalone website, clear warranty language, a reliable contact path, and signs they are following the inspections and rules that apply where they operate.

Can seller or member photos be used on the site?

All the photos on our site are shared with permission from the rose-loving people who created them. If something does not look right or you think credit is missing, let us know and we will take care of it as quickly as we can.

Does a seller listing mean My Rose Tracker recommends that seller?

No. Seller listings and inventory signals are provided as an unbiased research tool. A listing does not mean My Rose Tracker endorses, recommends, guarantees, or has verified every seller experience. Please do your own research, review each seller’s current policies, and decide what feels right for your garden before ordering.

Can I update the dates on the garden calendar?

Members can manage their own calendar exports and reminder settings, but the core zone-calendar dates are maintained and updated by Kimberley.

Can I download the calendar and my inventory?

Yes. Your garden inventory and calendar are built to be export-friendly. Current exports include spreadsheet and calendar formats, and broader export options may continue to expand over time.

How should I send a correction or suggestion?

Our site isn’t perfect (we’re only human 🌹), so we need your help, Rose Buds! Spot something we missed? Send us a note and we’ll take a look. If your update gets approved, we’ll treat you to an extra month on your subscription, on us. Got a personal experience to share? We love hearing those too. Feel free to drop it in the comments, just keep in mind that experiences can be subjective and may not always become official updates.
