The blooms are medium pink with mauvy tints revealing golden stamens as they open. It makes a large shrub if left free standing, suitable for a large hedge. We agree with those who class it with the Hybrid Bourbons. AKA Celine, ‘Reine de l’Ile de Bourbon’, Queen of Bourbons Introduced in 1834.
