Overview

Bred in United States (2003) by Paul Barden. Introduced in United States (2008) by Rogue Valley Roses. Bloom: Orange & orange blend [ob], Coral-red blooms. Often a clear Coral hue, darkening to medium red in the sunlight. Sometimes starts out a light red/coral color.. None-to-mild, Tea fragrance. 60 to 100 petals. Average diameter 3.5″. Medium, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, cupped, in small clusters, quartered bloom form. Moderate, Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium, ovoid buds. Habit: Medium, well-branched growth habit. Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage. Height of 4′ to 7′ (120 to 215 cm). Width of 4′ to 7′ . (120 to 215 cm). Growing: Used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden or specimen. Zone 7 thru 11. Vigorous. heat tolerant. Prefers warmer sites. Will benefit from winter protection in colder climates. Disease susceptibility: blackspot resistant, rust resistant. Prune lightly or not at all. Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
