Blended white blooms highlighted by a backdrop of healthy, dark green foliage
A Jackson & Perkins Vault Rose, Evening Star was bred by J&P in 1974. A floribunda rose, Evening Star flushes with small clusters of 3-inch flowers from late spring through fall. The blooms have a high-centered and spiraled form with up to 25 white reflexed petals and a mild fragrance. They are beautifully highlighted against a backdrop of healthy, glossy, dark green foliage. The flowers are suitable for cutting, and just one snip makes a cute monofloral bouquet.
Evening Star is a large bush with a mature size that can reach 5 feet tall and 4 feet wide. It has an upright, bushy habit and vigorous growth and displays good disease resistance. Floribunda roses are very versatile in the landscape. They are an excellent option for beds, borders, foundations, and low hedges.
