Bred by Jackson & Perkins in 1987 and introduced in 1989, White Delight, a highly popular hybrid tea rose, is being released from the J&P vault as a member of the exclusive Jackson & Perkins Heritage Collection. White Delight flowers in continuous flushes over a long season, from late spring to late fall. Borne singly or in small clusters, the 4-inch flowers are high centered to flat in form and have 26 to 40 reflexed light-pink petals and a mild fragrance. The sturdy stems are ideal for cutting.
White Delight is a medium-sized bush with an upright habit and good disease resistance. Hybrid tea roses are great for single plantings and mixed beds.
